Compatibility Screening

The Apollo Protocol is a high-intensity 12-week operational calibration engagement. Not every operational context is the right fit at the right time. The compatibility screening ensures that the protocol is deployed when the conditions for maximum KPI delta are present — and routes principals who need a different entry point to the correct instrument.

Arlington Alpha does not confirm engagements without completing the screening. This protects the principal's time and ensures protocol integrity across the full 12-week cycle.

Arlington Alpha confirms all of the following during the compatibility screening. Principals must meet the threshold across each dimension to be enrolled in the Apollo Protocol.

Decision-Fatigue Audit Tier Score of 37 or above (Optimizable Principal or Alpha Operative tier) on the Executive Decision-Fatigue Audit.
Principal Role Alignment Senior executive, defense principal, government official, PE partner, or K Street government affairs professional.
DC Metro Operational Base Primary operational base in the Northern Virginia / DC metro corridor (Arlington, DC, Alexandria, McLean, Bethesda).
Schedule Bandwidth Capacity to integrate brief structured calibration sessions into existing daily routines for 12 weeks. No extended time blocks required.
Identifiable Decision Latency Driver Active operational friction source — deal cycle, legislative calendar, sustained high-output sprint — that maps to measurable KPI impact.
Protocol Commitment Full 12-week engagement commitment. The Apollo Protocol does not produce maximum KPI delta in abbreviated timelines.

Principals in the Friction-Loaded (25–36) or Critical Load (0–24) tiers on the Decision-Fatigue Audit are not routed to the compatibility screening. Arlington Alpha directs these principals to the Alpha State Performance Audit first — a standalone baseline assessment that maps the full KPI picture and delivers a calibration intervention stack without a 12-week commitment.

The audit establishes the foundation. When KPI baselines are confirmed and calibration is underway, the principal is positioned for the Apollo Protocol on the next engagement cycle.

The compatibility screening is a structured pre-enrollment review conducted by Arlington Alpha before confirming an Apollo Protocol engagement. It confirms operational context, schedule architecture, and protocol readiness. The screening takes 20–30 minutes and is conducted remotely. It follows completion of the Executive Decision-Fatigue Audit.
Yes. The Executive Decision-Fatigue Audit is the prerequisite for the compatibility screening. Principals who reach the Optimizable Principal tier (37+) are eligible to request the screening. Principals below that threshold are directed to the Alpha State Performance Audit as an appropriate entry point.
Arlington Alpha will recommend the Alpha State Performance Audit as the entry point. The audit establishes a baseline and calibration roadmap that prepares the principal for a subsequent Apollo engagement. No principal is turned away without a recommended next step.
For principals who pass the compatibility screening, the Apollo Protocol can begin within 5–7 business days. This window covers intake audit scheduling, HRV hardware deployment logistics, and engagement documentation preparation. Arlington Alpha prioritizes rapid deployment for principals operating under active deadline pressure.
