Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Arlington Alpha LLC ("Arlington Alpha," "we," "us," or "our") operates arlingtonalpha.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information provided by visitors to the Site or submitted through Site tools and intake forms. By using the Site, you accept the practices described in this Policy.

Arlington Alpha is committed to handling all data with the discretion appropriate to the professional audience this Site serves. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share submission data with parties outside the Arlington Alpha engagement workflow without your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the Site is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Engagement intake processing — Reviewing audit and screening submissions to confirm qualification and schedule consultations
  • Audit result delivery — Sending Executive Decision-Fatigue Audit results and readiness tier classifications to the email provided
  • Consultation scheduling — Coordinating intake consultations and compatibility screening sessions
  • Protocol communication — Sending engagement documentation, KPI briefing materials, and protocol updates to enrolled principals
  • Site improvement — Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve content and tool performance

Arlington Alpha does not use submitted information for unsolicited mass email marketing, third-party data monetization, or advertising platform targeting.

4. Information Sharing

Arlington Alpha does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — CRM platforms, email delivery services, or scheduling tools used to manage engagement intake operations. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
  • Legal compliance — When disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
  • Business transfer — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Arlington Alpha assets, user data would transfer subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

Referral partners linked from this Site do not receive your personal information from Arlington Alpha. When you click a referral link and interact with a third-party site, that site's own privacy policy governs the information you provide to them.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, analytics, and performance measurement. These technologies collect anonymized or aggregated data and do not identify you personally.

6. Data Retention

Arlington Alpha retains voluntarily submitted personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the engagement purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of an active engagement plus twelve months. Audit tool responses that are not accompanied by an email submission (i.e., sessions abandoned before the email gate) are not retained beyond the browser session.

Principals may request deletion of their submitted information at any time by contacting privacy@arlingtonalpha.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

7. Security

Arlington Alpha implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS encryption across the Site, access controls on intake data systems, and CRM platforms with standard enterprise security certifications.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Arlington Alpha cannot guarantee absolute security but is committed to maintaining commercially reasonable protections appropriate to the sensitivity of the data handled.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Arlington Alpha does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted information through the Site, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

As a Virginia-based business, Arlington Alpha operates in compliance with the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (Va. Code § 59.1-571 et seq.). Virginia residents have the following rights with respect to personal data held by Arlington Alpha:

  • The right to access your personal data
  • The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • The right to delete personal data you provided to Arlington Alpha
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal data (Arlington Alpha does not sell personal data)
  • The right to appeal Arlington Alpha's decisions regarding your data rights requests

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@arlingtonalpha.com. Arlington Alpha will respond within 45 days as required by the VCDPA.

10. Third-Party Sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including referral partner sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to arlingtonalpha.com. Arlington Alpha is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit through a link from this Site.

11. Changes to This Policy

Arlington Alpha may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will provide notice of material changes through a prominent notice on the Site or direct communication to principals with active engagements.
